We have been using Tru Green
We have been using Tru Green for about 3 years. Our lawn had been taken over by clover and wild violet. A lot of it was coming from our neighbors yard. Now our lawn is really beautiful and others on our cul-de-sac started using Tru-Green because of the amazing transformation in our lawn. The wild violet is almost completely under control. The technicians that come out are always very personable and take time to answer questions and explain what they are doing.

When we moved
When we moved in to our house in March, the yard looked anemic and had a lot of weeds. After a couple of treatments, the weeds are gone and what grass we have looks great. Looking forward to this fall so we can get the yard reseeded.

Our experience

I purchased
I purchased my home two years ago and the curb appeal wasn't that great. It was awful. This year I was able to call tru green and my lawn is beautiful after only two treatments. My neighbors give me compliments all the time. Thank you TG

Trugreen Lawn specialist
Trugreen Lawn specialist are individuals who provide professional and courteousness customer care. One can pepper them with questions as per lawn care and receive definitive actions on how to go forward with care of one's lawn. That has been our personal experience with Mr. Waddy. As per other application technicians when we get a chance to interface with them they too provide definitive answers to my questions.

the first experience
the first experience was great. loved the "grade sheet" and the thorough notes taken. The work TruGreen's employee performed was fine as far as I know, but it's still too early to tell as I don't know when my next treatment will be in order to see you make more strides.

We are extremely pleased with the transformation of our lawn. We tried for years to get the to where your staff has gotten it in a single season. We went from over an acre of assorted weeds and little actual grass to what is rapidly becoming a lush green lawn. Thank you and please keep doing what you’re doing. The technician advised me
The technician advised me of what he was going to apply for the day. He also noticed that I mowed my neighbor's yard which is weed infested. He advised me wash my mower cutting area before mowing my lawn so as to not spread the weeds into my lawn area. I would not have thought of this. (neighbor bought home and has not moved from China yet!!

Called before service. Arrived on schedule and contacted at time of arrival. Sprayed and asked if any questions. Grass is growing deep green and weed free so far. Very pleased at this time .

True Green is always happy
If you find a problem remaining with your lawn, True Green is always happy to schedule a teturn visit to fix the problen usualy in 2 or 3 days!

In general
In general I have been satisfied with TruGreen's care of my lawn, shrubs and trees. However, this winter my lawn has developed bare spots that are quite large and has not greeened up as has most of the rest of the lawn. Your rep was here recently, but made no mention of this and thus no suggestions about cause or treatment which leads to my current disappointment.
